>>3222435Interrupted sleep method more like my daily life. If you have a quiet spoken word radio station (no music) set to your alarm and wake up on the hour to the news bulletin you are guaranteed to either doze off again and keep coming in and out during whatever the fuck is on, or hear something you don't like is up next and smack the snooze button. If you know of any podcasts or TV shows that put you to sleep use those but be warned your brain will use bits of what you hear in those dreams. On the plus side, you're dreaming so you'll think everything is 200% fascinating and amazing at the time, and exploring things you didn't invent is fun as is the bizarre logic your brain has when you try to solve and conclude a story you're only half hearing. Just be aware that the starting point won't always be what you want, you might end up with swords escaping a collapsing hospital or something, or just frustrate yourself with smithing the perfect sword who doesn't exist and trying to figure out how to bring him back to reality with you.
