Ulrich and Willaim were buff and muscular, they were shirtless in the show and it's pretty obvious. Odd, though skinny and smaller, has the body of one of those twinks that can eat anything and stay fit. He complains about being svelte when people call him scrawny often. So the artists rendering of them as muscular really isn't too much of a stretch
