I was browsing through tumblr, when I saw an icon made from an artist's art that I used to like quite a lot, but lost their name when I switched computers and lost my bookmarks. I only have the icon to go by, and the person who had it didn't seem to know who the character was or the artist's name, so I was hoping someone knew around here.
