IS employee here, I have the new skill effects for skills coming out through the rest of this year, have fun with the future of powercreep.
>Fierce Stance 4 - A - If foe initiates combat, grants atk+8; and if unit's HP < 100%, unit can counterattack before foe's first attack.
>Swift Impact - A - If unit initiates combat, grants Atk+6, Spd+10, and if unit's spd > foes spd, deals damage = 70% of difference between stats. (maximum bonus of +7, does not stack.) -Infantry and Flying units only
>Warding Stance 4 - A - If foe initiates combat, grants res+8 and if unit's res > unit's def x 2, unit can counterattack regardless of foe's range.
>Guard 4 - B - If unit's HP is ? 50% at start of combat, enemy is inflicted with Special cooldown charge-1. (If using similar skill, only highest value applied.) Disables foe's skills that change attack priority.
>Sword Pulse 3 - B - If unit's Special triggers based on unit's attack, Special cooldown count -2 at start of turn 1. Unit deals 5 more damage when Special triggers.
>Sparkling Staff 3 - B - After Combat, 25/50/75% of damage dealt to foe is restored to allies within 1/2/3 spaces of unit.
>Effervescent Charge 1/2 - C - After Combat, grants special cool down count -1 to allies adjacent/within 2 spaces of unit. -Infantry Only
>Mark of the Branded - A - Grants Atk/Spd+2. During combat, negate all damage unit receives by half. (Skill cannot be inherited)
>Armor Bond 1/2/3 - A - During combat, boosts unit's def/res by number of armored allies within 3 spaces x 1/2/3 (Maximum bonus of +12 to each stat.) -Armors only
>Graceful Blessing 1/2/3 - C - At start of turn, allies within 2 spaces recover 3/5/7 HP. -Infantry, Cavalry, and Flying units only
>Atk/Spd/Def/Res Charm 1/2 - C - Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res -4/5 on foes within 2 spaces during combat.
>Underdog 1/2/3 - A - If unit's level < foe's level -5/3/1, grants atk/spd/def/res +10. All experience gained is negated whole skill is equipped.
