All the women I've know who claimed something like this were never as big as you and they had good excuses like PCOS, menopause gone wrong (the body retains too much water), dangerous medication like cortisone (same shit as for menopause) or pregnancy. Men usually have less excuses and I'm assuming you're one here, correct me if I'm wrong. To get to this weight you have to be eating way too much for your own sake in the first place, and then maybe your genetics makes it harder to lose weight, but it's still on you.
Anyway, start dieting because your health will deteriorate sooner than you can imagine. Be careful with portions, drink water only and if that's possible start being physically active. You don't even need to work out or anything at first, just walk more instead of taking public transport or your car (again, if that's possible where you live).>>456645405
Eating disorders aren't "genetics", they usually happen because of trauma. If that's anon's case he should start seeing a therapist for that.
