Depends on if you like turnbased rpgs or not.
But they will feel very samey if you binge them.
I would recommend either playing.
Firered/Leafgreen and HeartGold/Soul Silver or Black/white and Black2/White2.
The former is a remake of the first red/blue for the gameboy and their sequals gold and silver.
Black is a soft reboot of the franchise where you can only catch new mons and has a slightly bigger emphasis on narrative than the games that came before it.
BW2 is a sequal to BW that takes 2 years after the plot of BW1 where they revamped the map and added a very wide and good selection of pokemon with tons postgame content.
I would also recommend playing Emerald and platinum which are very good standalone games.
The rest are either obsolete or just shit.
You can also only play the original red/blue and gold/silver which are enjoyable for the old gameboy jank abd aesthetiv, but they are weaker mechanically.
