In DND, what you describe would be a Feat (or several), OR several rounds' worth of actions.
If the system we were playing in supported that dergree of granularity in combat, sure, go for it. Thats why we picked that system -- because the group enjoys nitty-gritty stun-grabby-an-stabby combat.
But probably, my group, we'd be playing dnd or WoD. In WoD we'd resolve it with some skill checks, you know. Standard stuff.
What would I do if one of my players said, "I have my character do [all that shit you said]"? I'd say, fine -- but i'd caveat that shit with, since player knowldge is NOT character knowledge, he does not gain a significant tactical advantage merely from describing it. I might award bonus xp? A +1 damage, maybe.
