>>64163111>A: Spear and Shield
It was the staple of roman legions for a reason, and that reason is because it's very good at stabbing things.>C: Heavy Armor
There's something called "taking it off" that's helpful. I'd have to know the actual compositions to be sure, though.>B: Poisoned Dagger
Single spears aren't great against monsters, but a massively toxic dagger should be able to solve that. Also, the armor helps protect me against getting nicked.>C: Thorns and Ivy
Greaves are your friend here.>B: Fungus
And gauntlets are your friend here. I would've liked to be able to remove its only ability, but it had to have survived for this long.>Numbers: 1 9 8
Body of a wolf, head of a falcon, and a chimeric horror. The form itself is actually not that bad; if I can keep it in a chokepoint disorientation doesn't matter. However, I'm not entirely certain what I should pick for it. Snake and Spider are both out, but I'm not certain what the best is beyond that - I'm thinking Falcon, as birds tend not to do good against durable opponents, but giving it an even pointier body might not be a good idea.>Reward: B
I'm avoiding debt pretty damn well as-is, inherent effects are less likely to get me trapped forever by a given government (as opposed to giving blood samples every so often), and over six and a half cubic meters of gold (weighing 341 pounds) is a massive pain to hock. Plus seeing what the future holds.
Also, idea for meme build: Staff and poisoned dagger, body of an Elephant, abilities 3 and 8 (also elephant)
Just give the dagger to a monkey, tell it to hold the knife in the air, and let itself get stepped on.
