But I'll try to find some examples of high Essence abilities:
With Essence 7, a Sidereal master of Charcoal March of Spiders can make an attack hit everyone he sees at the same time, regardless of distance, twice.
With Essence 8, a Sidereal master of Border of Kaleidoscopic Logic can become an non-entity that can't be directly targeted because he has never existed, or create a huge pocket dimension in which to redefine conflict to basically anything, such as making all combatants mountain ranges that move over eons to control new mountains while miners can deprive you of magical energy by depleting your ores.
An Infernal on the path of becoming a Devil-Tiger can create his own devas at Essence 8, establish a permanent telepathic connection with all of them that works across all distance and even in different realities through which command them if necessary at Essence 9, and at Essence 10 he can grant one of his Third Circle devas the ability to create akumas.
An Essence 7 Solar can shoot an arrow at someone without knowing where they are and without it mattering as long as they are under an open sky, though they can only shoot a certain enemy like this one before seeing them again.
Another Solar Charm of Essence 7 makes it so that anyone that sees your face falls in love with you, and an Essence 7 Investigation 7 Charm allows you to find out anything that happened in the last century as long as it was illuminated by a light brighter than a candle. An Essence 7 Dodge charm makes it so that your opponent can only try to hit you once, and if they fail they will never be able to hit you until they achieve enlightenment (raise their Essence) or you release the charm.
There's a reason that there's very little written about Essence 10. Even Essence 7-8 is already absurdly powerful, so the answer to if you can do anything with Essence 10 the answer is almost always YES.
