Just here me out, ok?
Build a deck primarily focusing on G & R for ramp/Fixing & burn, respectively. For the ramp, make sure much of it is land filtration (Grow from the Ashes, Elvish Rejuvinator, etc.) to reduce the amount of land in the deck & get the other three colors out (WUB).
Burn should be primarily that which targets the player, such as Shock & Fight with Fire. However, putting in some creature specific burn isn't a bad idea.
Keep ramping, fixing, & drawing (Preferably with the artifact, though if you don't mind putting more emphasis on blue for divination & the like, fine by me.) Until you draw both Jodah & Apex of Power (I know it's expensive, & it's the crux of this deck, but again this is just an idea). When Jodah on the field & at the beginning of your next turn, draw a card & Cast Apex of power with WUBRG.
10 mana AoP provides-5 mana alternate casting cost=5 additional mana floating around, in addition to the other untapped mana sources. Having filtered most of your lands at this point, you should be able to get a wide variety & amount of burn spells to cast at your foe, dealing heavy casualties in the process.
Aside from what I've mentioned, the specific cards are up to you. Personally, to make sure you have more burn in your deck, I'd recommend Gaea's Blessing to recycle your burn.
