We didn't know the second half of one, which is the important bit:>In a "I quite literally know every prayer and dwarf, down to their individual middle name, and for however long he's been watching can be assumed as being omnipotent
Whereas before we knew Thor had an interested stake, but certainly NOT at that level.
Two we did not know. If you think we knew that because he said "dude" when replying to Durkon, than I think you're assuming too much from a literal in-universe deity.
Three IS a stretch but one that's more plausible than you think, see below.
Four we did not know As someone who hasn't read any side books yet
, we basically only know that gods are pretty powerful glowey creatures that zapped Miko and kinda exist in their own unique glowey aura zone on scopes we don't really comprehend (like Thor fighting in the village and ignoring Durkon a while back). That is NOT an indicator of power, and certainly not at a >The god chose that size
Must be those protagonist-pheromones; worked with Durkon's last lay.
More seriously though, if he does this, it creates a neat character arc where Durkon has a second chance with a girl who DOESN'T hate him, and we can see if he changed, and if so, how?
