Well, you may or may not be partially to blame, I don't know.
Your players could be unmanageable assholes.
But you probably feel that way because you *are* literally responsible.
It is the GMs responsibility to ensure the game runs smoothly.
Depending on the game, this could include preventing player conflicts, ensuring them, or ignoring them.
Friendly reminder that nothing happens at the table that the GM did not allow.
(Sometimes they just allow it by inaccurately believing their players aren't asshats, and then don't allow it further)
