The choice of "Pride Movement" aesthetics for the vampire faction, can be interpreted as them being the LGBT people in Innistrad. That would make the enemies of the vampires an antil LGBT faction. I'm not saying wizards is anti gay as there are not good or bad factions Innistrad (I'm not an expert in lore but I recall there were good werewolves and bigotry in the CoA).

First to come to mind. Vampires being sexual is nothing new, but Innistrad's are quite different to the ones in Ixalan.
