The point of the psychographics is what reason a player plays their things, not exactly how they go about it. A Timmy can still be a Timmy when all they do is run a weird combo deck. A Johnny can still be a Johnny running mono green stompy and doing nothing but curve out cleverly. A Spike can be a Spike and be playing a horrifically off-meta deck entirely because it works in their game environment.
In the end, a Timmy is someone who plays what they play because it's got a cool thing in it they want to do, a Johnny is someone who plays what they play because they want to show off how they built it and what interactions they've found, and a Spike plays what they play because it wins, regardless of it's actual quality or not.
