A man on his personal quest for salvation among the battlefield to redeem his honor. He wears no heraldry for none will take him. He bears no colors save black for none seek them except the night. The lady ordained these miserables with a shroud of sin to remind them of their failures. These knights no more seek the greatest challenges, the most forlorn of battles, and the most suicidal of missions. Perhaps in death their names may enter into song that life did not gift them. Perhaps in valor they may reenter the graces of their former titles and lives reborn anew in their gallantry. Weather alone or in company of other black costs these warriors maintain what little discipline and courage to steel themselves for the whatever fate and the lady's blessing may have in store for them.
