Grey Knights are okay. Deathwatch is great because they can field units with 3+ invuln saves due to Storm Shields and are adaptable enough to survive any kind of encounter while having good enough MU against almost everything. You need to be very careful with both factions against horde and cull it to avoid getting forked over, but you can do fairly well against it.

Also frag missile and frag grenade both only do a single point of damage, aand remember this list is designed so im not playing the odd's, if im using krak somethign went horribly wrong or im drunk, 1 shot a turn is too luck based, Rememebr all they ahve to do with that krak is make a single save, i would rather them roll 3 saves and play the odds to my favour. Because there are verrry few 2W models, so a single damage is a "does he die" roll, for basically everything.

Krak assumes he wont make a lucky save and assumes you dont miss a 3-4 roll to hit single shot. Frag assumes you are going to whiff half and still make him roll several saves. Statistically favourable and it plays out on the board.

Well, Kenjutsu as per MA doesn't have Judo folded in, that's probably represented by the Samurai also having Judo on top of Kenjutsu. But comparatively, the knight would almost definitely have wrestling alongside long sword fighting. In general, I'd say the knight would be the stronger grappler of the two parties.

Combat really isn't that bad, it's just like any other system, you need to learn it. I've played campaigns with Tactical Shooting, High Tech and Martial Arts folded into the game and it runs just fine and at a reasonable pace.

Current setting has a Not!Japan in the High Elves, would allow the latter if they could give me some interesting details about it to work off of.

That's why I'm giving an option for people to be okay with it. Some people might find it degenerate.

Kemonomimi are explicitly humans with animal features (usually ears and tail); furries are not included in the purview of this as there are plenty of non-weeb furries.

Because some DMs above are okay with using traditional japanese elements, but races like Oni and Tengu are depicted in Japanese traditional art as ugly. Them becoming cute is something reflective of anime culture rather than japanese culture as a whole.
