Listen, most math textbooks are in English. You should start by learning that and when that improves then tackling math could be beneficial for you.
But seriously the hard answer to your question is "no." If you're still at a high school level math, you will not seriously be able to learn "up to a professional level," by which I assume you mean research/PhD mathematics and the ability to understand typical grad school research papers, in a year. It can't be done. This is an endeavor that would take you several years of extremely diligent work at best and likely far longer if you aren't being forced to do this through some sort of university program with mentors and advisors.
