Why do airtight containers get so humid and ruin things that are supposed to be dry?
What watertight containers keep things dry long term?

collect those drying paper bag things that come in some products, put them in a airtight bag to store them, then put them in other ait tight bags.

If your aim is to keep something dry, throw a paper towel bundle of dried Epson salts (bake in oven to dehydrate) in the container with it. Or start saving those silica packets instead of eating them
