>>9857118Depending on if you have a pre existing mental condition, I would suggest an 1/8 of shrooms done in private and preferably alone. The thing is, you can't just do the shrooms and expect them to change you. You also have to want to change and go on an introspective trip into your own psyche while taking an honest look at your life and the decisions you've made up until that point. It will be heartbreaking and probably drive you to tears, but it can be good for some. If you don't want to go that route, exercise, and I mean hardcore exercise, every single day to the point of passing out. It will literally rewire your brain.
