I'm a sophomore biochemistry major. Have a years worth of experience and my name on one publication. I'm in the process of publishing data now, so I'm fairly invested. In my university however biochemistry is classified as a chemistry major. We're a molecular biology lab so there's a lot of overlap in my degree and our research. How likely would it be to be accepted as a PhD candidate in a biology lab?
