We could solve these problems easily though. If you were to just add as a requirement for higher education (and its teaching) that you must pass a college algebra test with at least 95% marks, you'd have all of these retards out. And it wouldn't be unfair because it's not like we are testing lit majors on fluid mechanics. College algebra is literally just analytic geometry.
