Entirely depends on your university. I got a Bachelors in economics and my university asked me to finish within 7 semesters time. 6 months of internships were mandatory to graduate, that's why we got 7 instead of 6. If you need more than 7, you get expelled on the spot, assuming you're unable to provide a doctor's certificate. Other universities couldn't give less of a shit and allow students to take 5 years to finish a B.Sc
. All in all I do believe our universities are fairly competent, despite the piss poor placements in international rankings.
