What happens if you give someone too much blood? Example: A nurse/doctor misreads a chart and accidentally gives a patient 3 pints of blood instead of 1?

Im not doctor and im just passing by but i would say human who will recieve too much blood will explode. This is why it's dangerous to give people blood. They become bombs.

why do you want to know?
