Greeting /sci/
I am preparing for a very competitive exam and am therefore in requirement of some studying techniques that will allow me competitive edge over my competitor

The exam I am preparing for is objective type(MCQs) and will contain Physics,Chemistry Mathematics
Any tips or advice will be appreciated

Oh and do problems, understand things on a deeper level. If it's too easy do harder problems, the converse if too hard. Keep pushing the limits of what you know. Remember things that seem important. That's pretty much it

which exam? It depends on the topics covered, but in general go over past papers. Don't look at solutions until you've done them multiple times yourself. Learn Lagrangian mechanics, it makes some basic mechanics problems easier. For chem us Anki.

Thank you for your response but I am afraid you have misunderstood
I am preparing for a country wide exam which determines the college I will go to you might have heard of it. It is called JEE ( Joint Entrance Examination) Competition is very fierce almost 800000 student register for it every year

Memory, long term and short term memory. When going over information and wanting it to stick it is important to understand how the brain processes and retains info. And how does it associate and relate new info to existing stored info in oder to quicker not only retain and memorize it but also retrieve it when needed in the future!

When I want to do well on exams, and I rarly do as I prefer to average blend in I study this way:

Subject, read material once in full, sleep, read again only five minutes at a time each section and take a minute to relate it to something else in my memory so when I recall what I already know well I will recall the new info! Done I can get 100s easy!

Break each subject into importance. Omnis mathematica. Physics because it is close to math, chemistry because it is close to physics. Now separate the time into 30 percent of your actions leading to 90 percent of result. Math is this 30 percent. In fact, forget physics and chemistry all together. Math is more important. lmao
