Consciousness

So, let's say copenhagen is right, and the quantum wave function collapses when a conscious observer is present.
The big bang is flawed, but WMAP and CMBR tell us that all things come from a single point in space.
so, for matter to exist before the universe gave way to consciousness, it means that an observer was present at the time of the creation of the universe.
so copenhagen interpretation requires a conscious observer at all times for matter to exist, or forces to interact with the universe.
therefore proving fundamental creationist ideology

now, let's say he's wrong - pilot wave / ether is proven right.
this would mean there is no need for a creator.
all physics makes sense, unified field theory can finally be laid to rest.

am i wrong in thinking this might be the case?
