dont even know who they are just a bunch of people who scored very high on an IQ test?
Seems irrelevant since there are so much
parameters that might make someone top 2 or 1%, while the score should just be taken as an interval measurement with bounds (leaning more to the right e.g. can be higher or can be lower). Though it becomes relevant if you get a high N value on the population you're measuring.
>>10467289He does just ramble I dislike how he explains his thoughts a lot of things can be straight forward to say. Problem in modern academics is that you can't really go against the admin faculty with humanities degrees who hold retarded ideologies (which made their fields become total jokes to be taken with a grain of salt). In the digital age researchers like Jordan Peterson I would say have become irrelevant since most of the research in the field has already been carried out and sociological research methodology doesn't give anyone answers. However with a more CS / Information systems approach analyzing large online data and interactions, that can actually bring you somewhere. Degrees like sociology, communication science, anthropology can be scrapped and the world would probably be better off considering policy makers use these type of studies to push forward foolish plans.
>>10467422The smartest one often isn't the most noticed one if you would study some journals in psychology there are many explanations and contexts given for why this is the case. Too long to write a proper reply to this. It's indeed kind of silly to get validation through that, but many more go to college to get a paper in some bs humanities degree that would qualify them as being ''smart'' and ''HIGHLY educated'' .
