Skip-Bo is a card game of counting for 2-6 players.

There are 162 cards in a deck, 12 sets of the numbers 1-12 and 18 wild cards which can represent any number.
The deck is shuffled randomly at the start of a game.

The playing area of the game consists of 4 piles.
You can play a "1" onto an empty tile, and from there, you can play a "2" on top of a "1", etc.
When one of the piles is up to 12 it is emptied and a 1 can be played on it again.

There are 2-6 players in a game.
Each player has a deck, four discard piles, and a hand.
The player who starts the game is arbitrarily selected.

At the start of the game, the players are dealt 10, 20, or 30 cards for their deck depending how long the players wish to play the game.
The object of the game for each player is to exhaust this deck.
Only the top card of the deck can be seen and played.

At the start of a turn, a player must draw up to 5 cards so that their hand is full.
if their hand is exhausted, they can draw 5 more cards.
A player does not have to play any cards on their turn.

At the end of a player's turn, they must discard one card on top of one of their four discard piles.
The player can discard any card on top of another card.
