>>10146740I'm more prone to constipation, and at a point no digestive fluids would be secreted and food would literally rot in my stomach, or otherwise sit stagnant and do whatever further down. Various things would cause a rapid drop in blood pressure and heart rate would spike to ~130bpm for 4+ hours. This seemed to be both "allergy" mediated (leaky gut) and trigger by some metabolic byproduct of small intestinal bacteria in response to starches. It wasn't the blood sugar spike, can sugar did no such thing. At its worst it would scramble my brains or produce a kind of high, I'd feel hot, disoriented, and other things. My blood pressure was 68/45 one day. Others it would spike to 150/80 in waves, vision goes dark and so forth.
My diet has gone through a lot of iterations. I recently seemed to have more or less cured it with marshmallow root and slippery elm. Later transitioning to oregano oil using coconut oil as a carrier, NAC, milk thistle, vitamin D3, C, and E, occasional B-vitamins, and acetyl-L-carnitine. Most importantly I drink 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar before eating. Acetic acid anything used to knock me nearly unconscious very quickly. A number of things had to be done before it could be used properly. Interestingly I have gadolinium in me, and where does the bulk of the gadolinium tend to cluster? Skin, spleen, and cerebellum. I can't help but think the spleen aspect is relevant.
Your issue is pretty different, but it resembles my mother (who was not a cesarean). She's found pau d'arco and coconut oil to help. And a number of other things I can't remember at the moment. You should definitely avoid garlic and onion, and take something to make sure food is properly broken down before emptying into the intestine. SIBO and motility disorders as well. I know know people who's IBS was cured by pregnancy, which means it can be treated effectively by other means.
