at the end of my time in high school we had a big event with a bunch of nearby schools where the graduating seniors stated their plans after graduation in front of everyone
everyone said something like "literally who local engineering school" and "mech-e / computer science / other brainlet major"
then i said an ivy for pure mathematics and everyone gave me a weird look
fucking self important arrogant idiots
