Water fasting has been proven to extend lifespan. If you want to live long enough to potentially see these technologies come to fruition, start water fasting on a regular basis. I do one 3 week long water fast per year minimum. Ideally I would do a couple days water fast (preceeded by intense cardio exercise) once per month in addition to the 3 week water fast, but unfortunately my job disallows me from doing this.
