>>10059949well, I see 3 things on which you might want to reflect on
-procrastination: what are you rebelling against? what are you afraid to do? why are you setting your day in a way that you will allow yourself to fail? (don't have to answer me, just think about it)
-stuff is too complicated: probably there's some basic concept you've skipped or not paid enough attention to, go back and be thorough, ask yourself "why does this happen" and you'll see where the issues come from.
-making schedules/plans: well make a schedule you can follow, write the actual schedule down, see where you're failing, cut everything non essential, see if you can do it, add things very gradually, you must give yourself time to see if it works (tipically at least 3-4 weeks).
also go to bed always at the same time, wake up at the same time, you need at least 7 hours of sleep, it's important since it stabilizes a series of physiological processes.
eat 3 meals a day, possibly at the same times, preferrably not shitty food, avoid carbonated and caffeine as much as you can, try to get at least 30 minutes of light physical activity per day.
it's a lot of stuff but you can do it, take care of your body anon, stress can fuck you up.
