> Am too tired to focus on it, try to read relevant physics material that will get me excited to work on it instead

> Don't retain what I read or did that day
How the heck am I supposed to ever get anything done?
I've tried prepping food faster/ working out faster, and I can't eat out or not work out because I will just feel like garbage and not even finish the small things.
