I later found out that 2 other guys on my shift draw professional or near professional skill level. They're the nicest coolest dudes ever but something about seeing others being leagues above me in skill really made me feel like I didn't deserve to even dare attempt to draw a single line anywhere near their physical existences, that their eyes need not forcibly gaze upon a sin against their godliness.
I just started drawing in private and practicing, posting the occasional failure of a doodle in /beg/ threads.
People at work still ask about the comic a lot and it stabs me in the gut every time. Dunno what's wrong with me, but I think I can get over it soon. It's been more than 4 months or so. I'm a fucking retard i dunno
