I have sold few oil paintings so far but not one person i sold my painting to knows much about art. None of them cared about the things i spent many hours worried about. Their comments were always
>that's cute/beautiful
>it reminds me of my childhood
>she looks just like my daughter
It all makes sense now since an artist woudn't care to by my work. Stop worrying about other artist's opinions and paint things that means something to people.
