>>3897044They are from limited edition Cinderella Girls BDs, it seems they were included with every odd-numbered BD volume (1-3-5-7-9, so there should be 5 volumes of these settei collections). The first volume is on Sakugabooru, I don't know if the other are scanned, quick search shows that BD rips on Nyaa don't have them.
