I learned a lot of things in college, and in teh Anatomy For Artists class I took, the teacher dropped some great tips for boobs:
If you look at a cross section of an adult females chest, the nipple will be at an angle to each other, pointing out from the spine, and the breast is centered off that. So, when drawing a nipple, if you're looking at it straight on, the other will always be in profile. (Barring old age or obesity)
The issue with your drawing is you're not forming the chest right, or the arms, so the boobs don't have a place to sit on correctly, and the nipples are cockeyed. They're like eyes, if they're not right, our eyes pick up on it right away.
It's also just experience, especially with line drawing, how much line to use, and where, to form a complex 3D shape. That's one of the reasons art programs always have life drawing, so you can experiment and practice learning to capture contours and shapes and volume with line. Just keep practicing, there's no shortcut to experience. Look, measure, study, experiment. You'll get there eventually.
