>>3861485Your pic related, for the male, literally is just milklin clothing, the Japanese clothing brand. Use pinterest and look up milklin or j fashion there, or Korean fashion, or 1980s. Look up lolita and Japanese decora, that's clearly what the artist was mimicking.
As for the girl, I'm unsure since I'm not into that type of fashion. It has strong aspects of, again, tumblr and Japanese inspired fashion. Seen similar outfits on ebay before when punching in "pastel goth" and "lolita" sometimes.
