Work on the pose and proportions first. Just recreate pose irl and observe limbs, proportions, if it's comfortable( legs don't bend like that). Ican't hold remotely similar pose for more than 5 seconds. Also stop being an insecure faggot by conveniently hiding those hands.

Try putting right elbow on knee. Upper legs higher and closer. Lower legs should be at less sharp angle also they should be longer. Look at left shoulder area, breasts more to the right ( breasts are only like that if you move shoulders back). Shoulder more up. You get the idea, pose it irl anon.

Legs need to be longer. When sitting with knees close to chest, they come up to around between armpit and shoulder height.

Angle of lower leg is too sharp(should be atleast 90 degrees give or take), Sharper if I try the pose puts tension on my upper leg muscles (could be flexibility). I find myself wrapping my arms around my knees at higher angles for more comfort. In OP's case it's mostly the proportions fucking up the bend.
