an idea is any kind of information, no matter its quantity or quality. only because something is not new to you, it does not make change what it is. Ideas are not what you perceive, but the sum of all you can and could perceive.
the same goes for value of ideas. only because your perceived value of something is low, that's only because you have an abundance of it and others might not. If you value the skill it went into making something, then a trace is something of low value for you, but if you are somebody who values pretty pictures, regardless of the amount of effort put into it, then tracing is only another tool in your shed.
