If you're just trying to get better at being able to draw for yourself or for fun or whatever, you should just enjoy the progress and the escape of it.
Like in all realistic probability, you're not going to build a career out of drawing, particularly if you're dealing with this kind of anxiety about it. So maybe temper your expectations a little if you're still holding on to the fantasy that you're going to get a job in japan drawing for vidya games or something. Like any other hobby or skill that people learn, it should first just be about doing something that you enjoy, and focusing on trying new things, challenging yourself, making mistakes, and just appreciating the work being done and the progress being made. The only person you're competing against is the past, shittier version of you.
