I don’t want to make the kind of art you make. I don’t feel like microdosing on LSD is going to enhance my art or my training in action animation.
Although I have considered trying shrooms for ego death/enlightenment. Then again, unearned wisdom, hallucinating well after taking it, the gamble of making my depression worse, exc.
My mind is all I have at the end of the day, so I’m not going to take a gamble on my mind just to achieve with drugs what I’d also achieve with mindful living. Getting enough sleep, eating right, meditating, going out of my way to be involved in my community and among friends, all that hippy dippy bullshit isn’t actually bullshit.
Anons, when you look at successful people, do you think they got where they did because they acted with purpose in their life and built a routine of living well? Or did they get there because of a drug-addled revelation?
What do you think the ratio is between people who build wisdom and skill, and people who attained that by tripping on acid?
