>>3716252>there will always be people better than you>there will always be people that have more than you>there will always be people that deserve less than you>there will always be people that deserve more>there will always be someone >there will only be youlife is chaos and humanity is an accident. the only thing in existence during your awareness of it that you have control over is your self. When you let resentment and bitterness seep into your mind, you're ceding control to the subject at which you're externalizing your feelings.
Avoid those kid feelings by thinking rationally and approaching reality with a a less ego-egocentric feelsy worldview.
That is unless you think that you're motivated and driven to produce by those feelings. Then you want to be able to objectively harness those feelings while you're working but be willing to let them go and reflect on them at the same time. Things like "resentment" and "bitterness" are mental illness. If you can appreciate this and strive not to let malignancy rule your life you should be fine.
Also it helps if you're consuming a lot of political messaging, to stop doing that. So much of how people like (you) are being marketed to is about feeding and fueling feelings of resentment towards The Other to keep you acting and thinking against them out of spite. So much of the strawman, cherrypicking meme warfare stuff is fundamentally designed to trigger all these feelings constantly, and when you're uncritically being constantly exposed to it you don't even realize how these feeligns have been normalized and encouraged in your psychology. It's important to understand that a lot of people are spending a lot of money to make you bitter and resentful and agitated. Gotta be aware of malignant messaging strategy, and all other external influencers that feeds resentment, and not let that shit take control.
