I usually draw in traditional but I want to start digital painting. However when I draw digitally it feels like I have a handicap, like my drawings just suck by 40%. I’m definitely not a great artist but when I draw traditional I am at least satisfied with the result. Is this handicap because I am using an Intuos? I heard someone say that the Intuos doesn’t progress your artistic abilities since it is “indirectly” drawing. If I buy a Cintiq or just any screen tablet will my problems be solved? Or is it just a matter of getting good at digital no matter the tablet.
