>>3760293Vector illustration is a type of digital art in which a shape is drawn by the computer within, or along node points.
Digital drawing is taking a canvas of X by Y number of pixels, and coloring each of those pixels by hand in order to depict an image.
Basically, vector allows you to draw perfect shapes, and lines, and infinitely adjust them as you need to. Each line or shape is a graphic object that can be independently adjusted from the rest of the image. It's a great medium for people who have very little actual drawing ability because you don't draw a vector, you place vector shapes to create an image. I did it for 2 years before I got serious about art, and it allowed me to make really high quality images before I had any training at all. It's limitations are basically just that it tends to look flat, and predominantly cell shaded, though you can get around this with a little creativity.

>>2105563You can make vectors in Adobe Illustrator, or Inkscape (free), to create very clean looking vector illustrations. I hope you try it out, and google some tutorials on youtube, there's lots of content there teaching it.
