So I've been working on a series that includes visually disturbing/upsetting imagery. I honestly think I have found something that really speaks to me.

However, all of my friends think it's too weird and do not even critique or comment besides displaying shock. (none of them are artists).

I couldn't find any decent art locations for genuine criticism. I'd love to know your thoughts, first time using this board...
