How do I get better at digital drawing and painting?

My mom got me a Wacom tablet as a birthday gift and I've always wanted to learn how to draw and paint digitally. Never practiced in real life with actual pencil and paper but just a couple of times.

I get frustrated because I can't make straight lines and I have horrible perception. Any tips on getting better? Or any online courses/YT Channels you'd recommend?
