have you ever tried working on different surfaces?
Im not a fan of that texture the canvas leaves on your brush strokes, you should try hardboard, like Masonite or MDF, they are pretty damn cheap

you should use more paint too, like really heap it on there, like acrylic with tons of impasto medium, you really have to push the vibrant elements of your style

Quite good, I'd say like the others to put paint on the lower half of the canvas and the b/g; I know it's not particularly important in this portrait but it would distract the eye much less if there were relatively smooth and darker values there. The wide bright expanses and sketchy paint to the bottom and background makes it look messier than you actually paint; looks like you are quite accurate in the face with proportion and value; let the rest of the piece do it justice

You still make the same mistakes. You can only draw portraits and you are't even good at them. You leave the painting half finished most the time, your understanding of values and color choices are extremely poor, and you dont attempt to learn or improve at all. I am certain I'm wasting my time typing this but if you could only see how much you have left to go. You could actually be good.
