Here in America people consume too much sugar, get rid of soda and sugary drinks.
I like to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables
Eat fish, shit I eat a lot of cheap tilapia. I know it's not the best but it's much better than the typical American diet.
Eating fish and or fruit in the morning really improves my creativity
I guess just eat foods that are homemade, not fried, greasy and get rid of sugar. No sugar is super optimal, but some sugar is okay but excessive sugar is terrible for you.
Also take cold showers, to take a cold shower put the water at sorta of warm. Then slowly make it cold over the course of your 5-10 minute shower. Trust me this is the only way to do cold showers without hating your self.
