Started drawing a couple weeks ago, this was my first attempt. Have put about 12 hours in total between all drawings I'm posting.

Is this any good? Where do I go from here?

Just don't know what to practice/work on next. Shitty town doesn't have much of an art community and the library has fuck all.

You need help shading, and you lack the fundamentals which can be attained by reading one of Loomis's book such as successful drawing.

If you are to lazy to do so I suggest you learn this Riley Method by copying what the man is doing in this video This helped me master faces play it in slow mo though
