I really fucking dig his style. Is this level achievable with copics/markers? Anyone knows of good artists that do cell shading traditionally and are amazing at it? Every time I see good cell-shading it's digital.

That's because cell shading styles usually use gradients on top of flats to get their hue variety, which is fairly difficult to do traditionally.
